About APY CNC
We are a custom CNC machining manufacturer producing precision metal components based on customer drawings and specifications — from prototype evaluation to repeat production. This page describes how we work; figures shown here are filled in from configuration and remain hidden until confirmed.
Company Overview
A manufacturing partner built around your drawings, materials and quality requirements.
APY CNC is a custom CNC machining manufacturer established in 2018 in Changzhou, Jiangsu, China. We are a National High-Tech Enterprise and a Jiangsu Seed Unicorn Enterprise, holding 18 national patents, with micrometer-level manufacturing built around 69 CNC machines — including 47 Star & Tsugami Swiss-type lathes, turn-mill compound machines and CNC drill-tap centers.
Our components serve three core application areas — automotive parts, NEV charging gun & energy storage terminals, and medical devices (including bone screw type components) — alongside precision electronic components for communications and industrial equipment. Our customers and partners span the medical device, communications and automotive supply chains.

Manufacturing Capabilities
Process, material and finishing scope for custom components.
Actual process availability depends on the factory's equipment configuration. Specific tolerances, sizes and finishes are confirmed per drawing during quotation.
Engineering Support
We review your files before cutting any material.

Good parts start with a clear review. Before production we examine your drawing for material suitability, feature manufacturability, tolerance feasibility and any details that could affect cost or lead time.
- Drawing review — geometry, critical dimensions and referenced standards.
- Material confirmation — grade, stock form and any certification needs.
- Manufacturability feedback — where a design choice affects cost or feasibility.
- Process planning — selection of milling, turning or combined operations.
- Prototype path — evaluation parts before committing to volume.
We will tell you plainly when a requirement is outside our scope rather than quote something we cannot deliver consistently.
Quality Approach
Quality is planned around your critical features, not applied as a generic step at the end.
- Incoming material verification — material identification and incoming checks per applicable requirements.
- In-process inspection — checking critical dimensions during production when required.
- Final inspection — dimensional and visual checks against the agreed drawing.
- Inspection documentation — reports provided when agreed for the project.
